Please note: Rent payments not received by the 1st of the month will be considered late.

Cheques or Money Orders

Secure drop boxes are available at all District Offices and the Main Office for residents to deposit cheques or money orders. Ensure your name and account number are noted on the document(s).

Electronic Payment

If you use electronic banking for bill payments, you can set up your rent payment similarly. E-payments can be made via phone, ATM, or the Internet. Ask your bank to add "Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (WECHC)" as an e-banking payee. Your account number is your WECHC-issued tenant number, formatted as one letter followed by seven numbers (e.g., T80011111).

Financial Institutions

You can also make payments at the counter of your financial institution.

Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP)

The PAP form is available at all WECHC Offices, online through our "Forms and Support Requests" tab, or by calling 519-254-1681 ext. 2259 to request a mailed copy.

WECHC Offices

All WECHC Offices accept cheques, debit, bank drafts, and money orders. Cash payments are only accepted at our Main Administrative Office located at 945 McDougall.
