WECHC is an independent local housing corporation, with a Board of Directors appointed by the City of Windsor and includes City of Windsor Councillor representation, Essex County representation, members at large from the local community and tenant representatives.
The City of Windsor is the sole shareholder of WECHC on behalf of the City of Windsor and the County of Essex.
