“ A twinkling star for all of us!! I learned last year that Cynthia
Summers would be coming to Windsor as the new CEO of CHC. I
had seen Cynthia in action vigorously supporting tenants at Toronto
Community Housing, where I had lived. Windsor made a brilliant
