Essex at both affordable market
rents and on a rent-geared-to-
income (RGI) basis. About 40% of
this program is affordable market
rent while 60% is dedicated to the Insurance Premiums Professional
RGI program. The program 125,000 Fees Salaries, Wages
receives municipal funding 26,000 and Benefits
through a set HSA subsidy formula. 891,000
