                Modernization






                                                                 Our Elevator Modernization Program began in 2017, after

         We aim to create a safe and comfortable environment for all
         passengers  using  the  elevator.  The  improvements  of  ride
         quality  with  the  introduction  of  Variable  Frequency  (VFV)
         Drives provide near-seamless acceleration and deceleration.
         We  have  installed  video  surveillance  systems  in  the  cab
         interior  to  provide  an  additional  level  of  security.  The
         accessibility features included in the modernization program
         allow the building to be welcoming to people of all abilities
         and at every stage of their lives.
