Tomorrow marks an important date in our calendar, the second National Day for Truth & Reconciliation. The day allows us to redress the legacy of residential schools and to advance reconciliation. It is a vital component of the reconciliation process to reflect and educate yourself on this day while honouring the lost children and survivors of residential schools, their families, and their communities.
CHC offices and the Central Housing Registry will be closed Friday, September 30, 2022 on this National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
CHC encourages all CHC staff and residents on Friday, September 30, 2022 to search, reflect and determine how they can personally honour this day. The resources below are being shared to assist you in this process.
